I might have been a little radio silent for the past couple of weeks.

After gym sessions, naps, meal prep, and keeping the gremlins (my two-year-old twins) alive, I’ve been spending my evenings buried in ingredient research, formulation notes, supplier documentation, and federal regulations.

I didn’t start a small business expecting to dust off my environmental science degree and environmental law coursework 🤓, but here we are.

If I’m going to put my name on something, I want to understand the ingredients, the sourcing, the safety considerations, and the regulations behind it.

So while it may look like I’m just ordering fabric, bottles, and products, behind the scenes I’m asking questions, reading labels, comparing suppliers, checking safety information, and making sure I understand what I’m putting my name behind.

I may roll my eyes at government regulations, but I’m also not about to give them a reason to stop me. 😅

Thank you for following along while I learn, build, and occasionally disappear down a research rabbit hole.

Now back to 40 CFR 156.10(a)(5)(i-viii) until the twins wake up. 🫡
