Thank you to our Fisher’s police and first responders- you know our owner is the mom of an air medic and we support all of you!

⚠️ Flooding Status Update from Mayor Scott Fadness

As river levels rise to historic levels and additional rain is forecast this weekend, Fishers Fire Department, Fishers Police Department, and Public Works Department continue working around the clock to assist impacted residents. Please follow all posted closures and warnings, particularly near the White River, so our teams can safely conduct this critical work.

Over the past three days, our teams have conducted numerous water rescues and provided support to residents along Fall Creek and the White River. Thankfully, there have been no fatalities or injuries associated with these rescues.

We are also proud to support our neighboring communities. Fishers Fire Department personnel have responded to water rescues in Pendleton, Anderson, Perkinsville, and Tipton, while Public Works has delivered equipment and supplies to Pendleton and Tipton.

I am incredibly proud of our team for stepping up without fanfare, and grateful for their dedication and service. We will continue supporting our residents and neighbors throughout this unprecedented flooding event.

Dear Valued Restored Creations Partner,

We want to share an important update regarding the Restored Creations social enterprise.

For the remainder of this year, Restored Creations will be taking a step back from accepting new orders and selling candles. After thoughtful discussion with Wheeler Mission’s executive leadership, we have made the decision to temporarily repurpose our staff and resources to support other strategic organizational priorities.
During this especially busy and challenging season, staffing and other resources are needed in areas that are essential to the daily care, safety, and support of the women and children we serve. After evaluating our current needs and priorities, we determined that temporarily redirecting these resources will allow Wheeler Mission to more effectively fulfill our mission and focus on the areas of greatest need.

We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and for the many ways you have supported Restored Creations and the women involved in the program. Your purchases, encouragement, and commitment to our mission have played an important role in creating meaningful employment and growth opportunities.
This pause does not diminish the value of Restored Creations or the impact of your partnership. We will continue evaluating the future direction of the social enterprise and will communicate additional updates as plans develop.

Gratitude Moment- it’s been raining here all week! And one of our darling regular guy customers was in yesterday.

While he was shopping, he noticed a Hallmark customer from next door walking to her car in the rain so he borrowed our umbrella and ran out to help her to her car then came back in to finish shopping!

This is so exciting!!! I met Brock and FrostBuddy in Atlanta when they first started and have carried them since! Brock was a pole vaulter at IU and his brother went to U of I.

Here is a pic of their original team in Atlanta and I gave them all custom made Gratitude Bracelets from MudLOVE also an Indiana success story.

Love you Brock & Frost Buddy crew! I’m pretty sure our small orders paid for all this lol!!!
