in the 27 years we have been selling soundhealing instruments nothing has been more exciting to us than the use of monochords including the soundwave bed, for healing. As much as I love working with the Soundwave Bed and the Monchairs I felt a strong need for a smaller monochord that I could easily take with me but also had that deep rich sound that I love. After experimenting with different sizes and designs we developed our 30" Monochord with 16 strings that we are extremely happy with. With one high string, 14 middle octave strings and one deep string all tuned to C # it has the rich, deep resonance that we were looking for but is also portable and affordable.
