You plan. You prep. You strategize. You haul a ridiculous amount of stuff outside. 😂 And then you cross your fingers and hope the community shows up.
And Flemington, you SHOWED UP. ❤️
One of the best parts of the day was meeting so many new faces - especially the people who stopped and said, “Wait… I didn’t know you were here!” And just as special? Seeing so many familiar faces come back to shop with us again. There’s something pretty damn cool about being someone’s new discovery AND one of their favorite stops. 🦚❤️
We’re into our fourth year on Main Street, and days like this remind us why we love doing what we do. Whether you were discovering The Happy Peacock for the first time or coming back to see what weird, wonderful and completely unnecessary things we’ve added since your last visit 😂, getting to connect with all of you is the good stuff.
The Corn, Tomato & Beer Festival was an incredible reminder of what happens when a community comes together around its downtown and its small businesses.
