On Saturday October 5th there will be a memorial service held at Burns Riverside Chapel in Florence, Oregon at 11 AM. I welcome anyone to attend and pay their respects to her. She was an amazing person who devoted her life to helping others, whether it be human or animal. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to: Florence S.T.E.P. program, Florence Food Share program, and Oregon Coast Humane Society in Pat's memory.

Hello Everyone! I am sorry that I have not been posting as much lately. My dear wife of 52 years passed away in August at the age of 80 years. We have been trying to get through this time. We love and appreciate you all. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Happy Father's Day Everyone! We have more lures, rods and reels in stock.
Kokhanee is all stocked up in Odell Lake. KoKo Kandy, Small Dodgers, Small Flashers, Kokhanee Katchers, Predator Spoons and Troll Easy's are sure to catch the fish.
If you are looking for bait we only have Plastics. We still have Trout in the lakes around Florence. We are coming into our beautiful Summer weather here on the Oregon Coast, which makes for great fishing on the lakes, in the rivers or out on the ocean.

A lot of them are furnishing the Rods, Reels and Bait, there will be Volunteers to help you set up your gear and give you tips on how to catch a fish. If you are in the Florence area and looking for Rods, Reels and Lures we have them for all types of fishing: Saltwater, Freshwater, and Fly Fishing. We also have maps of different lakes available. Happy Sunday Everyone! We hope you have been enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having. Rain will be arriving sometime this week and then hopefully followed by more sun, making it prime weather for fishing. As always we have great lures, rods and reels at warehouse prices. Happy Spring Everyone! The weather right now is getting better for fishing. We hope you all are having a great start to April. If you are in Florence stop on by and see us. Hello Everyone! The weather has been beautiful for fishing. ODFW said that they have been catching Winter Steelhead from the Coast to Hood River. They are stocking Spring Trout in the Willamette Valley. The Spring Chinook Fishery below the Bonneville Dam opened up on March 1st. Perfect weather for Family Fishing and BBQ. Make a day of it and come over and see all our Rods, Reels and lures. We literally have hundreds in stock. We love to swap fishing stories and answer any questions.

Hello Everyone! Cleawox Lake, Olalla Creek Reservoir‌, Munsel, Lost Lake, Dune Lake, Carter Lake and Alder lake, Big Creek have recently been restocked with Trout. Whittaker Creek has been stocked with Steelhead. If you are in the area stop by and check out our new Rods and Reels. We even enjoy swapping fishing stories and giving advice. We would love to see you!
The weather is going to be clearing up by the end of the week which will make for prime fishing at all of the locations listed above.

Happy Sunday Everyone!
I am happy to report that there are Steelhead in the trap by Whittaker Creek. All of the lakes in and around Florence have been planted. We took some Steelhead from Linslaw and planted them in some of the lakes. I will hopefully be at the Fly Expo in Reedsport on February 24th. Come and see all of our new Fly Reels, Fly Rods, and Flies.

Mark your calendars: the week of February 5th they will be stocking: Munsel, Cleawox, Carter, Alder, and Dune Lakes with Rainbow Trout.
There were 293 Steelhead in the trap by Whittaker Creek.
