There’s a moment right before a bouquet gets handed over, when everything just settles. This was that bouquet.
We started with these breathtaking David Austin Roses, the ones with the soft green centers, chosen for how full and unruly they get once they open. Then came Playa Blanca and pink Xpression roses, layered in to build depth without ever competing for attention. A few stems of delphinium for movement, some Queen Anne’s lace to let it breathe.
By the time it was finished, it didn’t look arranged, it looked like it had simply grown that way. Blush against dusty pink, soft blue drifting through white. The kind of bouquet you don’t just carry, you live inside of for the whole day.
This is what “flowers with intention” means to us, every stem chosen for a reason, every bouquet telling its own small story.
