Spinning for our giveaway winner!🍯🥇 Thank you to everyone who shared and participated. We try to do a giveaway for each holiday! This giveaway was to celebrate September being National Honey Month! Established by The National Honey Board and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in 1989.

Overflow Honey Co. is a small, family-owned business that sells beekeeping equipment, manufactures the Beetle Trap & Tray bottom board, and carries a small selection of gift-shop items. We also bottle and sell our local, raw honey!

We started beekeeping in 2017 and have hives in Rankin and Simpson County. In February 2025, we opened our business, and we’re proud to offer many locally made products.

When we’re not at the shop, we’re busy doing speaking events, bee removals, pop-up markets, and hosting our growing Women in Beekeeping events.

Oct. 17th from 10-2 at Overflow.

Hey guys! 👋🏼 We wanted to go ahead and give you the heads up that we will be closed September 23rd through September 26th.

Our son in law, Addison’s husband Garrett, will be fishing in the Bassmaster Elite Qualifiers. If you know anything about bass fishing, this is not something our family can miss! Overflow is also sponsoring his boat being wrapped hopefully before the season starts! We cannot wait to share pictures of the finished product. We’re so excited to watch him take a piece of our business on lakes throughout the country.

Our small, family owned business is all about family and we truly appreciate your understanding! We will reopen the following Tuesday, Sept. 29th for our regular hours.

Good morning friends! Just reminding you that our meeting is this Thursday night.
If you are local to the area and you would like to connect with other Beekeepers, please come join us. You are sure to learn something valuable each month plus you get to meet a lot of great men and women who have the same passion as you for honeybees.

Help us wish Jeremy a happy birthday!!🎉 We joke about this place being ran by women, but we secretly know he is the fan favorite! Our customers get so excited when they see his truck outside. He may not run the office each day, but he built it… Figuratively and physically haha! His bee knowledge and hard work keeps Overflow running. We can’t wait to see what the future holds! 🐝🍯
