✨ Thank You, Fabled Tales Family ✨

As we close the doors to Fabled Tales Bookshop, my heart is full. This little shop was built with so much love, time, and sacrifice from my family, and saying goodbye is harder than I can put into words.

But more than anything, I am grateful. Grateful for every customer who walked through our doors, every child who found their new favorite story here, every friend who shared a post, stopped by to talk, or cheered us on. This community supported us from day one, and I will forever remember that.

A special thank you to Fairy Tale Books in Jourdanton for stepping in and helping me clear my shelves and purchasing the remaining inventory. Your kindness means so much.

This is not a goodbye… just a see you later.

🌿 From Our Little Bookshop to You 🌿

Hey friends, it’s Kimberly here at Fabled Tales Bookshop 💛 Today, Ari was excited to hold down the fort… but he ended up closing early because not a single customer came in. 😔 It’s always tough on the heart when that happens (a lot)— especially when we’re doing everything we can to stay open for our community, for the dream, and for the kids who get so excited to help.

📚 This week’s hours:
Wednesday–Saturday: 10 AM – 2 PM

As we head into the rest of November, I’m humbly asking — if you can find it in your heart to stop by, even just to browse a book, pick up a small gift, share a post, or bring a friend by…it would mean the absolute world to us.

This month is make-or-break for us. If things don’t turn around, we’ll sadly have to close at the end of November. 🥺 We’ve poured love, magic, and a whole lot of faith into Fabled Tales, and we’ve loved being part of your stories.

So if you believe in the power of small businesses, if you love the charm of a cozy bookstore tucked downtown, or if you just want to see Ari, Cadence, Julessa, and sometimes Mason smile knowing someone came in — please come by. 🦊📖
