WE’RE HIRING: PARTY & VENUE COORDINATOR! 🎉
Do you love parties, decorating, staying organized, and making sure all the little details come together?

We’re looking for a creative, dependable, super-organized person to join our team as a Part-Time Party & Venue Coordinator!

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys a mix of event planning, decorating, customer service, and hands-on party prep — and wants a part-time position where every day looks a little different.
✨ What you’ll do:
• Plan ahead for upcoming birthday parties and make sure every detail is covered
• Communicate with party families about themes, colors, inspiration and party details
• Create custom invitations using our templates
• Prep balloons and build balloon arches using our tried-and-true system - we’ll train you!
• Prepare simple centerpieces, props and party décor
• Order and organize party supplies
• Set up and host weekend birthday parties
• Help keep our party inventory organized and stocked
• Help keep the venue clean, beautiful and ready for guests
• Host occasional weekday Open Play while completing party prep and administrative tasks

🎨 You might be a great fit if you are:
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Creative, crafty or naturally good at putting things together
• Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working around young children and families
• Willing to learn balloon decorating and our party setup systems
• Available on weekends — weekend availability is a must!

If you’ve ever hosted an event, you know just how demanding it can be especially for events with kids.

Everything needs to be cleaned and ready for guests, activities planned, food planned out, vendors organized, decorations done, tables set…etc etc, but imagine it at a business level.

The standards are raised and it takes a team with years of experience to pull it off every.single.weekend.no exceptions.

So I thought I’d give you a peak behind the scenes of our most demanding days, the party day 😎But before we even get to party day inventory checks are done and supplies are ordered, and we have a whole list of-

Bubble machine charged, bubble liquid stocked, tissue stocked, paper towels stocked, hand soap dispenser full, floor cleaner, toy cleaner stocked, Clorox wipes, lighter, candles, cake cutter, grippy socks, spare plates and utensils and that’s just the basics!

And everything is important, I remember our bubble machine running out of liquid in the middle of the bubble dance party and I didn’t have anymore stocked - the looks on the kiddos faces 🫣 it was like the record scratched and the music stopped lol (please tell me you know what that means, millennial here) so yeah now we don’t miss a beat. We learned all our lessons and are so much better for it.

Our parties keep us going figuratively and literally- so if you’ve partied with us THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts, we love love celebrating with you. Every moment is special and everything it takes for us to pull it off is always so worth it. You guys are amazing.
