5 things I swear by as a coffee roaster ☕👇

1. Buy whole beans. Freshness disappears fast once coffee is ground.
2. Grind right before you brew. It’s the easiest way to level up your coffee.
3. Skip the grocery store coffee if you can. Freshly roasted beans make all the difference.
4. Use a scale. Great coffee is about consistency, not guessing.
5. Drink coffee you actually enjoy. Life’s too short for mediocre bean juice.
