The best doesn’t always get the attention it deserves. It can completely change the look of a suit depending on the cut, lapel, pockets, opening and even the back!

From classic notch and peak lapels to clean no-lapel styles, double-breasted options, U-neck openings and four-pocket designs, there are plenty of ways to make a three-piece suit feel more personal.

Even the back matters - a cloth back gives the vest a more substantial look and allows it to be worn comfortably without the jacket, while a satin back keeps things more traditional and streamlined underneath your suit jacket.

Good style isn’t always about buying better clothes.
Sometimes it’s simply about how the pieces relate to each other.
A narrow trouser under a heavier top can make the upper body feel oversized. A jacket that runs too long can shorten the legs. A low rise can change where your body appears to divide, while a higher rise and fuller trouser can create a cleaner, longer line.
The goal is balance: matching the width, length and volume of one piece with the rest of the outfit.
Once you start noticing proportion, you’ll understand why two almost identical outfits can look completely different.
