The Flower Shack is at Hulse Hill Farm on 5928 State Highway 28, Box190, Fly Creek, NY 13337. Fly Creek Flowers (farm) is located at 2189 County Highway 26, Fly Creek, NY 13337 but is not open to the public.

Sweet William… he won’t let you down. Beautiful cluster of florets in each bloom, sturdy stem, light scent, and the best part? It will last over a week in a vase, with a few water changes. Strawflowers: you can find them in your fresh bouquets and in the dried flower creation. They have the coolest texture, on the stem growing or dried. If there are some in your bouquet, you can save them when the others are past. Hang the stems upside down for a few weeks to dry, then cut stem to your desired lengths for a bud vase. They will last for a year or more dried!
