I've answered this question probably 300+ times over the weekend so I'm going to be as to the point as I can. I don't think I need to mention what it's even about.

Regarding the transfer of eligible NFA items on a 4473 as a title 1 firearm, I think we are on the same page as many other dealers where we believe there is not yet enough clarity on how this process will work. So as of now, if the item comes in on a form 3, it goes out on a form 4 until there is more clarity on how the actual process is going to cover the dealer as far as the formal removal of the item from their NFA registry. It sounds like there are things in the works, which we will pay close attention to. When we have more information, we will update the page.

When we have complete clarification and confidence on this working with all liability removed from the dealer, we will gladly transfer eligible items as title 1 fi****ms.

Regarding all of the calls, emails, and any other way we have been asked about the transfer of NFA items on a 4473 form, we will be addressing that later. Right now, I just need some rest. - Derick

Sorry for the lack of posts and updates. Unfortunately, with how many warnings we've received on our page, we are being cautious of what we post so we can at least use it to communicate. The store will beclosed today, Friday, August 7th as we are heading to Rochester for a show. We will be back open Tusday the 11th and are still looking into another possible show the following weekend. We will keep the page updated on what we decide to do.

Just another reminder about this weekend. The store will be open today until around 4 or so. We won't be bringing a whole lot of stuff as we will mainly be doing advertising.

Just a heads up, we will be without power for the next hour or so while Xcel replaces the leaking transformers out back.

It's that time of year again...Foley Fun Days!!! Due to the fact that we will have a carnival right outside our front door, we have decided to close for regular business hours and will be available by appointment only from the 16th to the 19th. So if you need to pick up an NFA item, transfer, or need anything else, you can call, text, or email us. Voicemails will not be monitored during this time.

This Saturday and Sunday, we will be in Ramsey at the Adrenaline Sports Complex. Derick will be in the store Friday, but will most likely be closing down around 4pm to go set up.
