Last year I spent a week at a ranch doing typical cattle work. I have arthritis in my right ankle and occasional pain in my left knee from an old football injury. On top of that, I'm 71, but otherwise in good shape. After a couple of days, the knee and ankle pain became pretty much unbearable. The ankle swelling even made it difficult to remove my boot. I figured my riding days were coming to an end. I decided to look into whether others had similar problems and found Don Orrell Angled Offset Stirrups. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a try. I was skeptical but hopeful. Cutting to the chase — I just spent a week at a ranch in Montana and I'm pleased to say there was no knee or ankle pain! Honestly, I was shocked at the difference the stirrups made. I can't say everyone will have the same success, but they made an incredible difference for me. Thank you, Don. You made it possible for me to continue my love of riding!"

Don Orrell Stirrups are available in multiple inside width options to ensure the best fit for every rider. To determine the ideal size, measure your boot at its widest point and add ½" to 1" for proper clearance.

Both the Angled Offset and Angled Flat Bottom stirrups are available in the following inside widths:

• Standard (5.5") - Shown here. Our most popular size and a great all-around option that fits the majority of riders.

• Oversize (5.75") - Recommended for riders wearing size 12+ boots or those who prefer additional room.

• Overshoe (6") - Our widest option, designed for extra-large boots and maximum clearance.

Selecting the proper width helps ensure optimal stirrup performance while providing a secure and comfortable riding experience.
