Well, Mother Nature has decided to throw a wrench in tonight’s plans! 🌧️⛈️

Due to the hurricane and weather conditions, APW Underground and Alternative Wrestling Showcase has made the decision to postpone tonight’s show in Mooresboro, NC.

We were really looking forward to seeing everyone tonight, but safety always comes first! ❤️

We know some of y’all were planning to come out and spend your Saturday night with us, and we appreciate every single one of you who continues to show up and support us! 💜🖤

📅 As soon as APW Underground announces a rescheduled date, we’ll be sure to share the details!

🍎💜 MY OCTOBER CALENDAR IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! 💜🍎

This is something I’ve been thinking about offering for a while, and I finally decided…it’s time.

After 22 years in early childhood education, I’ve learned that sometimes educators don’t need another training, another Pinterest board, or someone handing us another binder full of information. 😂

Sometimes we just need another educator to sit down with us and say, “Okay. Tell me what’s happening. Let’s figure this out together.”

That’s why I’m officially opening my October calendar for one-on-one Educator Support & Coaching sessions.

We can work together on things like:

✏️ Learning centers & developmentally appropriate activities
💜 Social-emotional learning & classroom strategies
📚 Curriculum and standards alignment
📝 Documentation & organization
🧩 Brainstorming solutions for classroom challenges

I bring 22 years of early childhood experience, my current work as an NC Pre-K Lead Teacher, graduate studies as an MAT Birth–Kindergarten candidate, certification as a Trauma-Informed Coach, and my ongoing work developing my own early childhood curriculum to each session.

💜🦋 It really is the little things.

Today Truk decided to make homemade pancakes for brunch. 🥞

And y’all… he made me a BUTTERFLY pancake. 🦋😂💜

Was it perfectly shaped? Nope. 😂
Was it fancy? Nope.
Was it expensive? Nope.

But did I know exactly what it was supposed to be the second I saw it? Absolutely. 🥹

He knows what butterflies mean to me, and something as simple as making one of my pancakes into a butterfly made an ordinary brunch feel a little more special.

And maybe that’s your mindful reminder for today:

Not every meaningful moment has to be big, expensive, or perfectly planned.

Sometimes love looks like someone remembering the little things that matter to you.

Sometimes joy looks like homemade pancakes on a Saturday.

And sometimes… it looks like a slightly wonky butterfly sitting on your plate. 😂🦋🥞

Notice the little things. They’re often not so little after all. 💜
