Just Google it!! Here is a screen shot of what Google says. There are quite a few articles that explain better as well. Don't take my word for it!! Go ahead and google it. The benefits of tallow are exceptional! My family and I will never use anything else for our skin.

Today we picked up more beef suets. The beef suet is the fat around the kidneys and holds the most nutrients. This is the base of our soaps and balms. The better quality base (fat/oils) used for soap the better quality soap. We use only grass fed high quality beef fat. Over the next week, we will grind this up, add salt and water, melt it down, strain it, place it in the fridge. Once it hardens we will scrap the bottom and repeat the process. This is called wet rendering and this is how we make our tallow. Sometimes we will repeat this process 3 or 4 times to rid the tallow of smell and purify it. Although, this process is a lot of work, its what makes our products so beneficial in skin care. We hope you will learn to love beef tallow as much as we do!!

When we first started making soap, I honestly thought that our pure tallow bars wouldn't be as popular as our specialty soaps because people (including me) like color and scent especially when it comes to soap. But these pure, no scent bars are absolutely one of my favorites. It is SO gentle, SO cleansing and SO moisturizing for your skin.

Use this soap for break outs or acne
Use this soap for burns, cuts and scrapes.
Use this soap for skin rashes, posin ivy, eczema.

Beef tallow has healing properties and is LOADED with vitamins.

We only use grass fed, nutrient dense beef tallow.

Here is a comparison after THREE days of using our whipped balm. The balm was applied at night and wrapped up and covered with a sock. If you struggle with cracked feet or hands give tallow balm a try. Message us for options and prices. Limited stock available!!
