Hey all! Tom here, owner of Teddy’s Skate Sharpening. A little about myself: I grew up in White Bear Lake and moved to Forest Lake about 10 years ago. I have been playing hockey since I could walk and continue to play in local hockey leagues a few times a week. In recent years I’ve ran into the problem of getting my skates sharpened - traveling 20 to 30 minutes to do it and a lot of the time going an extended period between sharpens. So, with the lack of places to get sharpens I decided to purchase my own sharpener and open it up to the Forest Lake community. I have several years of sharpening experience with a local pro shop in White Bear and am excited to offer a place for experienced skate sharpenings without the long travel times in our already busy lives.
