Fishing Report!

The turning point for Fall is arriving and fishing is heating up!

Now is the time to go BIG! Large plastics are producing both quality Walleyes and Bass on the Croix and a few local lakes like Forest and Big Marine. You'll find you Walleyes sliding off deeper edges and pushing shallow in the low light hours.

As weeds like Lilly Pads start to die, throwing Frogs and Swimbaits is a great way to target Bass (and Pike) in the shallows.

Crappies are also making their way to their wintering spots so those spots you ice fish? Check them out with small Minnows, Plastics, or Waxies. Crappies are sure to be in those areas.
