Micro-Beekeeping

HOME GROWN HONEY, and the business concept or trade I have invented I have called Micro Beekeeping:

I bring beehives to the backyards of my clients, where I service the hives at regular intervals, to provide my clients with the raw products of their hive at the end of the season, including their own bottled honey with their own custom designed honey label.

🐝 **Thinking About Becoming a Beekeeper? Start With the Basics.**

Beekeeping can be rewarding, but there’s a lot to learn before you simply put a hive in the backyard.

You need to understand bee behavior, basic safety equipment, how a hive works, seasonal bloom cycles, feeding, inspections, and what your colony needs throughout the year.

And of course — **you’re going to need bees.**

Depending on the time of year, your location, and what bees are available, it may be late to start a brand-new colony this season — or there may still be options. That’s something we can talk about before you spend money on equipment.

If you’re interested in learning about beekeeping, getting started, or preparing now for the next bee season, reach out.

📱 **Or message/text me now** and we can start talking about what you need, what you should learn first, and the best way to begin.

You don’t need to know everything on day one.

**Start simple. Learn your bees. Build from there. 🐝🍯**

Believing in yourself doesn’t mean everything comes easy. Sometimes it means continuing when things are complicated, when people doubt the idea, or when the road takes much longer than you expected.

A lot of meaningful work starts quietly. You learn, make mistakes, adjust, ask questions, and keep going. Progress is not always one big breakthrough. Most of the time, it is a collection of small decisions: getting up, doing the work, solving the next problem, and refusing to give up on something you believe can become real.

Working with bees has taught me a lot about that. You can prepare, plan, and work hard, but you still have to respect timing, conditions, and the process. You cannot force everything to happen overnight. You build one step at a time.

That applies to business, personal goals, and life in general.

There will always be people who see the obstacles before they see the possibilities. That doesn’t mean you ignore good advice or pretend problems don’t exist. It means you learn from the problems without letting them become the reason you stop.

Believe in your ability to learn.

Believe in your ability to improve.

Believe that the work you are doing today can create opportunities you cannot see yet.

And when things get difficult, remember: sometimes the biggest accomplishment is simply staying in the game long enough to see what all that work can become.

Keep building. Keep learning. Keep moving forward. 🐝

Happy National Watermelon Day! 🍉🍉🍉 You'll know your melon is ready to pick when. . .

🍉The green color becomes dull.
🍉On striped melons, the color between the stripes gets darker.
🍉The rind will get hard.
🍉The blossom end will soften.
🍉They will stop getting larger.
🍉The ground spot will turn from white to yellow.
🍉The end of the main vine nearest the fruit may start to crack or turn brown.
🍉The curly tendril on the main vine, closest to the fruit, will turn brown.

Or, of course, give it the ol' thump test if you know what sound to hear for! Find more at Almanac.com/How-Tell-if-Watermelon-Ripe
