Forsyth Fall Frenzy

And they're off! 📬

Today's lunch break included a trip to the library, a whole lot of folding and stuffing, and a stop at the post office to send this stack on its way!

Vendor welcome letters for the 5th Annual Forsyth Fall Frenzy are officially in the mail.

There's a whole lot that happens behind the scenes between “I think I'll put on an event” and opening the doors on November 7 — and I love watching all of those little pieces start coming together.

65 days to go! 🍂

Welcome to the Forsyth Fall Frenzy! 🍂

If you're new here, I'm so glad you found us!

What started in November 2022 as a little one-day event with 14 vendors has grown into an annual shopping experience bringing talented makers, small businesses, food, live music and community together in Forsyth, Montana.

This year marks the 5th Annual Forsyth Fall Frenzy, and our indoor vendor spaces are already SOLD OUT!

But what I love most about this event isn't simply how much it has grown. It's what happens once the doors open.

People shop. They eat. They listen to music. They sit and visit. They run into old friends and make new ones. They discover talented makers and businesses they may never have found otherwise. And they stay awhile.

That's exactly what I want the Forsyth Fall Frenzy to be.

Come for the shopping. Stay for the experience.

And if you're coming from outside Forsyth this year, stay tuned — I'll be sharing more about where to eat, play, shop and stay so you can turn your trip to the Forsyth Fall Frenzy into a whole day (or weekend!) in our community.

Okay ... I can't stand it and have to share that this year we will be having Cowgirl Joe with her mobile coffee cart at the Forsyth Fall Frenzy!!! Each year people are asking about coffee and I was finally able to find someone and make it happen! Eeek!!

Are you as excited as me?!

Grateful is an understatement 🤍🐮
Thank you for supporting my little dream on wheels ☕️💕

We have received some additional registrations since our post yesterday and are currently down to the following number of booths at this moment:

(3) 4'x8' table only booths
(2) 8'x12' booths
(9) 8'x8' booths

As a reminder, spaces are filled on a first paid basis with completed application and payment. And we reserve the right to limit how many vendors have items that are similar to provide the best opportunity for our vendors and shoppers alike.

We love that this is such a wildly popular event, and wish we had more space to have additional vendors, but do the best with what we have. Thank you for understanding this; we work hard to put on the best event and making it a really great experience for everyone that walks through the doors.

After only a handful of days since registration was open, we already have 14 vendors booked for this year - one of whom is brand new! I know there are a lot more on their way because we have vendors that make this show their priority each year, but we love having new people - and hopefully with the addition of smaller table spaces, we will be able to accommodate more vendors than we've had in the past to provide even more variety for everyone visiting.

Stay tuned to see the list as it continues to grow!
