We’re working on ideas for kits at Small Town Stitches, and we want to know what YOU would like to see!

When you buy a sewing or craft kit, what do you expect it to include? Would you rather have:

🪡 Project kits — everything you need to make a specific item
🧵 Quilt kits — coordinated fabric for a quilt pattern
✂️ Beginner kits — fabric, supplies, and easy-to-follow instructions
🎁 Seasonal kits — projects for holidays and different seasons
👜 Bag & accessory kits
🧶 Embroidery or hand-stitching kits
✨ Or something completely different?

We’re working on our Beginner Sewing Classes at Small Town Stitches, and we want to make sure they cover the things you actually want to learn!

If you’re new to sewing—or maybe you have a sewing machine but aren’t quite sure what to do with it—what would you most like to learn in a beginner class?

Maybe it’s:

🪡 How to use and set up your sewing machine
🧵 How to thread your machine and wind a bobbin
✂️ How to choose and cut fabric correctly
📏 Understanding seam allowances
🧷 Sewing straight lines, curves, and corners
📖 How to read a sewing pattern
🧶 Choosing the right thread, needles, and other supplies
👝 Completing a simple first project
