Crisp air, warming baking spices, and rich chocolate autumn is easily our favorite season to craft for. We’re leaning all the way into the cozy shift with a full lineup of fall flavors across our café counter:

🫖 Chai Milk Chocolate Truffle: Freshly brewed House Chai from our neighbors at Happy Lucky's Teahouse ys, paired with their fragrant masala chai blend folded straight into a silky milk chocolate ganache.

🍏🥃 Apple Wh***ey & Roasted Pecan Dark Truffle: Crisp orchard apple, crunchy roasted pecans, and warm cassia cinnamon spiked with Leopold Bros. Apple Wh***ey inside our dark chocolate shell.

While Buttermilk Spice is stepping aside this season, our brand-new House Chai Bar is taking its place on the retail shelves! Plus, you can now add our signature in-house chai blend to any made-to-order café drink at the counter.

In the 12th century, the Zen Priest Esau introduced the tea plant to Japan after a pilgrimage to China. Japanese Buddhists embraced the method of drinking whisked, powdered tea, even incorporating it into their traditional Chanoyu ritual. 800 years later, Zen Buddhist monks are still using Matcha green tea as a drink to simulate presence of mind, mental alertness, and a calm meditative state.
