Happy anniversary to Makerfolk! It’s WILD to me that Beldamia and I came up with an idea seven years ago, and with 50 dollars, some cards, candles and the incredible help from Bean Cycle Roasters…we made it happen! I couldn’t imagine a better life (despite the constant eye twitching it might bring us 😂). Thank YOU for helping make our dreams come true. Pop in today after 10am and get a free gift with purchase. Back home after a glorious camping trip where we saw a family of moose, peeped some trees, read by the water, visited Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park,, knit in the van, biked some fantastic gravel, said hi to sooo many bison and saw some Oregon Trail ruts on the way home. All that to say…do I have to go back to real life now?! I might wait til tomorrow for that.

I added a few more stones to this display at the shop! Now you can get rose quartz, fluorite and ocean jasper at Makerfolk too and I’m obsessssed!! If I can fill my house with cool stones and rocks and gemstones-I will. These come with a scratch off intention and all the info you need about each stone. I’m attempting to make this sweater for the 3rd time 🙄 but I think it might be happening at last!! Maybe it’s the cooler weather settling into Colorado that is helping?! Side note: who would like to join me and Beldamia at some point for a crafty night at Makerfolk? We have nothing set in stone but we’re thinking about it and wanted to gauge interest. Let me know! 🧶

I finished a 10 week training (cycling and lifting weights) that I COMPLETELY made up, so do not replicate anything I’m doing here lol. (Except maybe the coloring in of the squares. That was fun). BUT…If you ever need a little life boost, make s**t up, set goals and pat yourself on the back once in a blue moon, even if it feels weird. Life is hard enough as it is.
