Hey folks and fans, it's been a while since I last posted, but I want to let you know summer sharking is in full swing and I've been selling out fast. I LOVE sharks. I have since I was knee high to a toadstool. And I have so much respect for them. I love to feel their power, see their teeth, and feel that smooth back-rough forward of their denticles and teach the beach goers about them. That's why I'm making release-friendly shark rigs. DJs hooks rigs are great to use from a boat too! I've hooked floats to them instead of weights and floated baits off my boat with spectacular results! Also really easy to use them on the bottom since all you have to do is toss them in by hand 😁 Here's a couple black tips caught out of Murrell's Inlet.

Got to fish for a couple hours in Argostolion bay, Kefalonia, Greece. Got to see some sea turtles, enjoy the beautiful weather on the water, found a fishing buddy, and caught a new species, a grass goby, I believe. Lot of big bites on peeled prawn bits, but only the goby hooked up 😂

Well, Puerto Rico wasn't a total bust. Ended up catching a few of these little guys. Not sharks, and not big by any standard, but species I think are new to me. Yellowtail Snappers and Lane Snappers. Pretty fish! Next stop: Mediterranean 😁

Current situation: fishing Caño de San Antonio in San Juan. Who knows what she holds! 🤷‍♂️ Everywhere else I bookmarked was a bust. Parking is very slim around here, so you gotta take what you can get, when you can get it. Not a bad way to blow an afternoon though, right?
