To join there is a $99 fee for your kit which includes 6 pieces of jewelry, 3 jewelry displays, invoices, mail-able post card invitations for home parties, a folder with training material, a calendar to write your bookings in, catalogs, a Pearl sizer and appraisal sheet and much more, the whole kit is valued at $750! For me this was worth joining and then I earned the $199 back my first party. There is also a one time oyster deposit fee of $100, this deposit is a security for Vantel pearls as there is a TON of "money" inside those oysters :) this is refundable if you decide to stop working for the company and still have your oysters unopened to send back.The only requirement for sales is to sell $500 every two months. This is basically just one party so this is very easy to attain! You get 40% off all items in the catalog!!!! You only pay shipping for more oysters which is $14. You earn 25% commission starting from your first sale and if you reach 4,000 in sales each month your commission bumps up to 30% for that month :) once you start to build a team you will start to earn more income!
