Blocking of the members is up to the member that wants to block them. If do not wish to see post from certain members, that is up to you. Blocking of any admin is prohibited. If you have any issues with the admin please let me know and we will do our best to work out any issues. Blocking admin prohibits us from making this enjoyable for everyone. NO SCAMMERS!! Sales Rules:
1. All members are allowed to post the sale of any merchandise via quick sale or auction. No live auctions will be allowed by any member, only admin.
2. All sales post must have an asking price, a starting price, or OBO. If selling as auction style, bids must be in .50 cent increments.
3. Do not delete any of your sales once they are complete or an item is sold. Leave the post up for everyone to see just in case there is an issue, we can refer back to the post or the sale.
4. If you are selling an event ticket, per the law, it must be sold at face value. Please follow that rule here as well.
5. All autographed items sold without a COA must have a money back guarantee. If the item is sent for certification and it is returned and deemed uncertifiable, the buyer will contact the seller and submit all paperwork and receipts for a full refund from the seller.
6. Razz contest will not be more than 20 sports and will be live video and recorded and posted to the page. Please receive approval before posting a live razz or contest.
7. Payment for items should be through PayPal goods and services. This will protect the buyer and the seller if there is an issue. Any other payment used, the buyer will be completely responsible for if there is an issue with the sale. JKJ Sports Cards and Memorabilia has the right to use the following payment services, and will take responsibility if there is an issue with any transaction. PayPal, Venmo, & Cash App
8. Once an item is sold or the auction or quick sale is closed, the buyer will have 3 days to complete the transaction. If after the 3 days payment has not be rendered, the seller has the right to relist, or resell the item.
9. Shipping should be with-in 7 days of the sale, and no longer than 14 days to delivery. If not with-in 14 days the buyer has the right to request a full refund. REMEMBER: COMMUNICATION IS BEST, WE ARE ALL HUMAN. WORK TOGETHER TO FIX SITUATIONS, OTHER THAN CREATE LARGER PROBLEMS.
