Due to recent expansion, we are currently looking to hire several WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES to work at our corporate facilities in Fort Myers. Primary functions will be in FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING. We have both year round and seasonal positions available. We offer competitive wages and year round employees are also eligible to receive benefits. Hours are typically Monday through Friday but can vary based on the needs of the business and may include overtime and occasional Saturday shifts.

An ideal applicant will have prior warehouse experience, the ability to work in a team environment with a strong work ethic and be willing to learn all the processes of the position. As part of the application process, applicants will undergo a pre-employment drug test as well as a background check.

Requirements for this position:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
The ability to stand for an entire work shift.

Work duties include but are not limited to:

Preparing shipping cartons.
Fulfilling customer orders according to company expectations.
Preforming daily and weekly cleaning.
Maintaining and organizing adequate shipping supplies.
Use of manual pallet jacket and/or forklift as needed.
Ensuring that orders processed for shipping are delegated to the correct courier.

NORMAN LOVE CONFECTIONS is expanding our retail business and we are getting ready to open our first location in Sarasota. As a result we are looking for a STORE MANAGER and a KEY HOLDER in the Fort Myers area!

An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience for a Key Holder and at least 3 years experience in a management role for a Store Manager. Candidates should have retail or restaurant experience that includes delivering the level of service that is expected to accompany an ultra premium product. Due to the nature of the retail industry, applicants must have flexibility in their schedules.

Key responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:

· Customer Service- ensuring the highest level of service is provided to every customer at every opportunity from counter service through table service.

· Sales & Financial-meeting sales and labor targets while positively impacting restaurant finances.

· Business Operations-assures responsibilities are completed in a timely and effective manner while maintaining compliance with operational and food safety procedures.

We currently have full time opportunities available for Pastry Cooks and Bakers to join our corporate production team.This is a an opportunity to work with some of the best chefs in the industry where you will be an integral part of developing and producing high end baked goods, pastries and chocolate confections. An ideal candidate for Pastry will have at least 3-5 years experience in high volume, high quality production or an equivalent degree. An ideal Chocolatier candidate will have the desire to learn a new trade, and the ability to follow a recipe with a high level of accuracy and detail.

Norman Love Confections is currently looking to hire a FULL AND PART TIME AM DELIVERY DRIVER. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for daily deliveries from our corporate office to our retail stores and business partnerships within Lee and Collier counties.This shift begins at 4:00am and is typically complete by noon.

An ideal applicant will have prior delivery route experience. In order to be considered an applicant must have a valid Florida drivers license and a clean driving record. As part of the application process, we conduct pre-employment drug testing as well and a background check.
