We are located in an Old Historic Mansion, that was constructed in 1926 for a Bulgarian philharmonic director from New York, at a cost of $86,000.The family lived in the house during the 20's and 30's. Throughout the following years, stories of intrigue, and legends of the rich and famous, were associated with the house. Silent film star Gloria Swanson owned the mansion in the middle 40's, where she rendezvoused with Joe Kennedy. Al Capone was also a visitor, adding to the wonderful and interesting history of this house. There is a 30 foot beach scene mural, rumored to have been painted by A.
