🚨 LET’S TALK ABOUT CUSTOM PRINTS & CUSTOM BAMBOO ORDERS! 🚨
IF YOU ARE WANTING CUSTOM PIECES, PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST BEFORE MESSAGING ME!
I am quite literally DROWNING in hundreds of messages asking the SAME EXACT QUESTIONS over and over again!
I absolutely LOVE being able to offer customs, but there are a few things that NEED to be understood before reaching out!
1️⃣ CUSTOM PRINTS & SEAMLESS FILES!
You MUST provide the print you are wanting customized OR have a seamless file created!
At this time, I simply DO NOT have the time to sit down and create numerous individual seamless files from scratch! I wish I did, but there are just not enough hours in the day!
2️⃣ PURCHASING SEAMLESS FILES!
If you send me a screenshot of a seamless print that I have to track down and PURCHASE, that cost WILL be added into your custom bamboo pricing!
NO EXCEPTIONS!
3️⃣ MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES (MOQ)!
Certain styles REQUIRE a minimum order quantity before they can even be submitted into production!
This is NOT a Giggly Goose Threads rule! These are requirements set by the SUPPLIERS themselves!
If the minimum is not met, I CANNOT submit that custom. Please understand that this is completely out of my control!
4️⃣ NOT EVERY CUSTOM REQUEST GETS SUBMITTED!
And I am genuinely sorry for that!
I receive HUNDREDS of messages, and unfortunately, I do not always make it through every single one before hundreds more come rolling in!
I am ONE PERSON running this business! I am also a wife, a mama, and a human being with an entire life outside of GGT!
I cannot physically keep up with every single request that comes through my inbox!
5️⃣ PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF MY TIME!
PLEASE do not send me 20 messages in a row asking the SAME EXACT QUESTION and then turn around and be rude because I haven’t responded!
Especially when I have already explained that I’ve been dealing with medical issues, hospital visits, and things involving my family!
I do my absolute best to treat EVERYONE with kindness and respect, and I expect that SAME respect in return!
6️⃣ CUSTOM TURNAROUND TIMES!
Custom bamboo pieces can take UP TO 35–40 DAYS, and sometimes LONGER if delays occur!
Production timelines are NOT something I control! Neither are shipping delays, customs clearance, or unexpected issues along the way!
Please DO NOT order customs expecting them to arrive within a couple of weeks!
7️⃣ DAILY UPDATES ARE NOT POSSIBLE!
I reserve the right NOT to provide daily production updates on every single custom order!
I will absolutely share updates when I have information available!
8️⃣ PLEASE READ OUR PINNED POSTS!
I reserve the right NOT to respond to general questions that have ALREADY been answered in our pinned posts or previous updates!
I spend a tremendous amount of time keeping this page updated so that information is readily available to everyone!

I am beyond thankful for how much Giggly Goose Threads has grown! I never imagined I would have this many people wanting to order from my little business!
But with that growth comes an overwhelming amount of messages, requests, and responsibilities!
I am doing the absolute BEST I can, but I cannot be available 24/7, create every single print, answer every message immediately, and provide daily updates while also fulfilling existing orders and taking care of my family!
CUSTOMS ARE A PRIVILEGE I LOVE OFFERING, BUT THEY REQUIRE PATIENCE, UNDERSTANDING, AND RESPECT!
