This week I completed not one, but TWO custom orders! I made this very fun, funky grilled cheese wall art and my cheetah hat for an infant. Now, on to crochet like a mad woman in prep for being a vendor at this year’s Blessings in a Backpack Fantasical Fort event later this month!

It’s been a while since my last post (again) but I thought I’d take some time to share how some of my creations come to be. Not all my hats come from a pre written pattern and if they do, I may still modify them.

In this case, a repeat customer requested a St Bernard hat because she couldn’t find one she liked. After asking a few questions, I got to work crocheting this “rough draft”. It’s currently waiting on approval from the buyer and as soon as I get it, I’ll show you the final product (and not 2 months later 😂).

Happy Thanksgiving! I hope everyone had a wonderful day with friends and family. I spent today crocheting this cute hat/ blanket set in Detroit Lions colors and watching the Lions lose their Thanksgiving Day game again. At least the blanket is cute and the turkey was good!
