Okay besties let’s have a chat!
I want to remind everyone I am one person at the moment except for weekends (than we have our employee)
She will be going full time with us in November. The plan after that is to be open more hours such as Tuesdays and Thursdays that we now are closed. But for now, it’s just me mainly.
I am trying everything in my power behind the scenes to speed up process times. Right now it’s about 2 weeks.
I know 2 weeks is not always ideal to you all.
But I promise I’m doing everything to speed things up along with keeping our high quality work.
I’m also the only one at the moment with access to this Facebook account for messages. I’m the only one with a customer service email. I’m also a mom. So my home time is my baby boys time please remember that.
Once my employee is full time- she will get access to the Facebook and the email to help out in that aspect as well!
Things are happening behind the scenes. Our growth is FREEKING WILD right now! It’s a blessing but we are adjusting to being this busy!
Im processing 100 online sales, and about 3 wholesales a week right now.
Please if something gets overlooked, or you are waiting for mock ups, or waiting on a response on a message/email- please be kind to me. I always always make things right weather that is giving you a discount, freebies, or just flat out eating the cost if I need to!
Don’t think processing times don’t bother me because I assure you they do. Be kind to your local small business owner.
