SET 2: five parasol frames from the mid 19th century. They are sold together, $450 obo.
The brown silk canopy with hand knotted fringe is sound.
Each frame has some interesting details in the handles and ferrules. In this set none of the ribs are broken.

SET 1: five parasol frames from the mid 19th century. Sold together, $400 obo.
The set includes a frame from the 1840s for a pagoda canopy.
The blue silk cover on one of the frames is no longer sound, but can be used for a pattern.
The only frame with ribs broken is the one with the torn up green silk, it has all its rib tips, though.
