When I first saw this adorable pattern wrote, I just knew I had to make it and oh my goodness, it did not disappoint!!

This pattern is full of great info including pictures and video tutorials! If you crochet, you need this one in your pattern library!! Happy pattern release day, Elizabeth!!

How cute is Riley with that sweet face?! My 5 year old daughter is absolutely obsessed with raccoons and I was happy to add to her little family!

🌻 Wrapped Up In Cables Sweater Scarf 🌻

One year ago, I was asked by an old friend to make her a Red One Santa hat. At that time, I only crocheted and since that pattern is knit, I wasn't sure if I could make it for her. I got my hands on that pattern and told her I would be willing to give it a shot. Little did she know, this sweater scarf was on my bucket list to make if I ever learned to knit.

After a few frustrating tries, I got the hang of knitting and made her the hat. It set me on a path to make this beautiful sweater scarf and I adore everything about it! The delicate, lacy leaf motif, the lovely cables.

This was one of the most rewarding projects I've ever finished, taking me around 80 hours to complete. It reminds me that I can do hard things! I finished it a few months ago, but never got around to showing pics of it. Today was the day!

Special thanks to Kristen Zavala for the kick in the pants I needed to learn something new! 😉
