Just a cute little educational stroll through the federal codebook for anybody who thought fake identification was an innocent little craft project. 📚😂 Turns out the law has quite a bit to say about producing false identification, transferring it, certain forms of unlawful possession, using another person’s identifying information, helping someone else commit a federal offense, and conspiracy.
And here’s the part people sometimes forget: you don’t necessarily have to be the one sitting beside the printer and laminator to end up in the conversation. Arranging it, procuring it, helping facilitate it, financing unlawful conduct, transferring documents, or participating in an agreement can raise completely different legal issues depending on the facts. That’s why federal statutes such as 18 U.S.C. §1028, §1028A, §2, and §371 are worth a little bedtime reading. 👀📖⚖️
Because large schemes have an inconvenient habit of creating large paper trails. Receipts. Messages. Devices. Transactions. Documents. Payments. Witnesses. And, of course, everybody’s favorite investigative resource: loose lips. 🧾📱😂
Fake ID.
Fake story.
Real paper trail. Real statutes. Real consequences.
So consider this your friendly neighborhood reminder to know the law before turning the laminator into Exhibit A. 😘😜

Since apparently we’re doing continuing education today, here’s a little homework assignment for anyone who enjoys borrowing business names, titles, authority, employment status, or ownership claims that may not actually belong to them. 😂📚

Texas Penal Code §32.32
Texas Penal Code §32.46
Texas Penal Code §32.21
Texas Business & Commerce Code §16.102

Those are some interesting places to start reading when the conversation involves false statements, obtaining property or credit, securing documents through deception, forgery, trademarks, and representing authority that may no longer exist.

And just for the folks in the back: “I used to work there” and “I am authorized to act for this company” are two very different sentences. So are “I know the owner” and “I am the owner.” 😘

Using someone else’s LLC name, business identity, trademark, title, employment status, or supposed authority to acquire anything tangible can create a paper trail far more interesting than whatever was acquired.

Applications have dates.
Contracts have signatures.
Lenders keep records.
Businesses keep records.
LLCs have records.
Trademarks have owners.
Termination documents have dates.
And paperwork has the unfortunate habit of remembering everything. 😂

So before attaching yourself to a business you don’t own, claiming a position you don’t hold, or using authority you don’t have to obtain something tangible, perhaps spend a little quality time with the Texas statutes first. 📚😘

Because the item might eventually disappear...

but the paperwork usually doesn’t. 😂

A nursery rhyme about stolen inheritance, stolen identity, copycat behavior, energy harvesting, hiding in energy, using and paying for baneful magic, using someone else’s business to purchase vehicles and property, church-house whispers, secret circles, cult-like behavior, hiding behind religion, and everybody who decided standing beside it was somehow the safer side. 🌙✨

That was adorable.

Keep wishing on those stars. Keep changing the story. Keep borrowing the look, the name, the flow, and the excuses.

The spotlight is on now, the curtain is rising, and karma apparently printed enough tickets for the entire cast. 🎪🌟

Everybody who played a part gets a turn.
Everybody who helped hide it gets a turn.
Everybody who knowingly picked a side gets a turn too.

North Star. South Star. Eastern Star.
Pick whichever one you want and wish real hard.

Because the curtain is already moving,
the house lights are coming up,
and the story doesn’t disappear just because somebody wishes it would.

So rehearse the version.
Switch the costume.
Change the name.
Hide behind the altar.
Hide behind the energy.
Hide behind whoever you chose.

It won’t matter.

The light is already on.
The truth has already entered the room.
And when the final curtain falls,
everyone will know exactly where they stood.

No encore.
No rewrite.
No hiding in the dark.

It’s all coming out.
Every hand. Every role. Every receipt.
And some people are about to learn that choosing a side still makes you part of the story. 🌟😘

🎄❤️ Christmas in July was everything we hoped it would be... and more! ❤️🎄
What an incredible weekend! We had the opportunity to share our handcrafted Christmas collection with so many amazing people, and every smile, conversation, and purchase reminded us why we love creating.
From artisan soaps, candles, crystal jewelry, whimsical ornaments, wreaths, crochet creations, festive goodies, pumpkin butters, jams, jellies, and so much more... every piece was handmade with love, intention, and a little Christmas magic.
To everyone who stopped by, supported a small business, shared a laugh, or simply admired the work... thank you. You made our Christmas in July celebration unforgettable. ❤️
And to the copycat spectators... we noticed the notepads. 📝😉 That's okay.
You can copy products. You can copy displays. You can even copy ideas.
But you'll never copy the imagination, the passion, the heart, or the soul that created them in the first place.
Originals create. Copies take notes.

The adoption pop-up was pure heart wrapped in fur, paws, tail wags, and tiny whiskers 🐾✨
I had an absolute blast loving on all these sweet babies and honestly… I wanted to bring every single one of them home with me 😭🐶🐱
The energy, the cuddles, the little personalities, the chaos of happy barking and purring… it filled my soul all the way up.
Nothing compares to seeing animals find love, safety, and second chances. That kind of magic stays with you long after the tents come down 💛
Also… to the copycats watching from the sidelines 👀
You can copy products.
You can copy setups.
But you cannot copy heart, originality, purpose, or the energy behind what we create ✨
