Roasted a new coffee yesterday. El Salvador Dry Process Anacafé. Looking forward to cupping these roasts. I have one more pound of beans from Fruit Basket coffee set. Really enjoying these coffees, and learning a bunch from roasting them!

This weekend's roast of an Ethiopian dry process coffee was a fun new challenge to roast. One of the bathes was a but baked, but I got it dialed in and today's pour over brew, via the Hario Switch, is fruity, sweet, with a hint of spice. Everything you want from a a coffee like this.
