These incredible photos were taken by one of our own, and they capture so much of what makes this community special.

Behind the camera is a woman whose strength inspires us daily. While her husband faces surgery and a long road of recovery, she continues to show up with grace, resilience, and a heart that lifts up everyone around her.

Yoga teaches us that strength isn’t just found in the poses. It’s found in how we meet life’s challenges, one breath at a time.

We’re keeping her husband in our prayers for a successful surgery and smooth recovery, and we’re holding their entire family close in our hearts.

A very special guest teacher is coming to Exhale817 ✨

Susie Caicedo has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching for decades, bringing an incredible depth of knowledge, precision, and heart to every class she leads. After studying in India at the Bihar Yoga School Ashram and later completing her 500hr certification at the Miami Ashtanga Yoga Shala, Susie has continued sharing yoga through classes, trainings, workshops, and mentorship for years.

Her teaching is thoughtful, grounded, intentional, and deeply rooted in the practice. This is such a beautiful opportunity to practice with someone who has truly lived the yoga journey. 🤍
