It’s sad people feel it’s ok to steal. We have had 3 knives stolen over the last 10 years and 4 stolen at this last show. We have the one on video and we also had a guy grab $80 out of my knife sharpening tip jar.

Luckily we caught that guy with the help of some great customers who saw him take the money.

Territory Days was a great event and and many great customers. This is our second year and this is not something that happens very often,but I hate a thief and karma will get them.

I know I won’t get my knife back but would love to know who he is. Anyone that can can identify him, I will give you a free knife.

Niles City was a short-lived but incredibly wealthy independent municipality in Tarrant County, Texas, incorporated in 1911 and annexed by Fort Worth in 1923. Known as "the richest little city in the state," it was formed to protect the tax base of the Fort Worth Stockyards and major packing plants, including Swift and Armour, located north of Fort Worth.

Founded in 1911, the town allowed corporations to control their own taxes, which reached a valuation of over $30 million by the early 1920s.

Name Origin: Named after Louville Veranus Niles of Boston, a key stockholder in the Fort Worth Stock Yards Company.Infrastructure: Despite its small size, it was a booming industrial area with banks, hotels, and packing plants that employed thousands.Annexation: After legal battles, Niles City was absorbed into Fort Worth on August 1, 1923.
