In case anyone is wondering what's going on with battery stock, it's yet again rules we have no control of.

The websites and import from out of country manufactures is currently blocked. This means I will need to go through a US distro. Unfortunately, most of them are also out of stock because they are getting flooded with orders right now. I'm waiting on six companies to approve our request for a wholesale account.

What this means however is that the price for 18650's and 21700's is probably going to go up a dollar or two because adding a third party plus US shipping are both going to now be more expensive : (

So, bad news for those waiting on a Smoozie re-stock. The Alameda District Attorney succeeded in seeking an injunction on Apollo Distribution. Basically California's flavor ban means they can't sell period. Even though their a distributor and didn't sell direct to customers, the court decided that they still were violating the intent of the flavor ban statute.

This is why we fight these laws so hard in Texas. This case will set a precedence, and next year we will probably see more California V**e companies shut down. Hopefully, Apollo is able to move their operation to another state; but it's gonna cost them an arm and a leg.
