AYO!

7AM bit to early for me... but it was worth every step.

Three men joined me for a morning hike at Eagle Mountain Trail. We shared the trail, spotted deer, an armadillo, and took in the quiet beauty of the lake before most people had started their day.

Sometimes all it takes is showing up.

I'm thinking about making this a weekly tradition—getting outside, moving our bodies, clearing our minds, and building community one hike at a time.
