This was our first convention without Kristi. Honestly the thing I missed the most was our drive down to San Antonio and then back. About 5 hours each way with stops. That was uninterrupted “us” time. Just being with her.

I really appreciated the number of friends and colleagues who came by to wish me well, offer their condolences and give me a hug. You have no idea how much that means to me.

Special thank you to Douglas Massey for always having what we needed before we knew we needed it!

Thank you to Veritas our rental company for providing booth space as well as our dinner Friday night! Even though the convention area was smaller we had a record number at the dinner and did some incredible business at the booth for Bandwagon 👍🏻.

Now on to the Oklahoma Bandmasters convention!

Concert #1 is this Tuesday, 7:30 pm. at the Legacy Church of Christ, North Richland Hills, Texas. Nothing’s more romantic than sharing cookies and punch while listening to concert band music, so treat your significant other to an amazing DATE NIGHT!
