Nursery/ Farm Hand ( Part-Time or Full- Time )
We are seeking a reliable nursery/farm hand. This role requires someone comfortable operating equipment, working outdoors, and following direction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate basic farm equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with field work (planting, mowing, hauling, etc.)
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
Follow daily task assignments and safety procedures
Support general farm duties as needed
Requirements:
Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, dirt, uneven terrain)
Must be able to lift 40–50 lbs as needed
Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule:
Monday- Friday with Saturday optional 8am-5pm
Pay: $13-$16 based on experience
Higher pay available for candidates with more experience with nursery/farm related duties.
