My favorite “non holiday” is the first day of Spring. No matter what the weather outside, it is a day that brings optimism. And after these past few days of crazy blizzard conditions and subzero temps we need the calendar to remind us that Spring is only three days away!

To celebrate we are opening the farm stand up for the season. It will be stocked Saturdays and Sundays with homemade mini pies, granolas, preserves, baked goods and farm fresh eggs. Yum!

Well…. off to dig the stand out of the snow, wish me luck! 😉

Try growing some of your own cut flowers in your back yard.
Snapdragons, Zinnias, Dahlias, Cosmos, and Sunflowers would be my top five try!

Join us in the flower studio Saturday October 25th from 12-3 for a basket weaving workshop. Basket weaver Sue Soenen will be teaching the art of basket weaving and guiding students from start to finish of a sweet little 7.5”x5” basket designed to be hung on the wall.

Cost for class is $55 and space is limited so don’t wait to grab your spot!

On the eve of a hard frost, one like we had the other night, I love taking my time walking through the field, harvesting the last of these beautiful blooms and reflecting on this past season.
I’m so grateful that I get to do this and share this beauty with you all!
Super excited for our plans for next season, we’ll have more offerings and more ways to serve you!

Our UPick season is sadly coming to an end. If you haven’t made it out yet, this weekend is your last chance! The weather is looking amazing and the flowers are still blooming beautifully!

Friday, September 26th, 5-8pm and Saturday the 27th, 8-noon

Upick cups are $25 and cups for the kiddos are $10 with a purchase of regular cup.

In case you aren’t able to make it out to one of our UPicks, we’ve got you covered! Stop by our farm stand this weekend. It’s stocked with beautiful blooms, homemade pie, jam, granola and farm fresh eggs. BrownSugar Peach Crumb and Raspberry Strawberry Rhubarb with a cornmeal crumble are the pie flavors at the stand. If we run out, I may add another variety……any suggestions?? 🥰
