Colin’s Discount Outlet Live Sale Guidelines

We appreciate everyone who shops our live sales! It truly keeps our business thriving and exciting! To keep things simple and fair, please review the following guidelines before claiming items.

Claiming Items -
Please claim an item only if you intend to purchase it. Once an item is claimed, it cannot be removed from your order unless it was added by mistake on our part. If that happens, please let us know as soon as the order sheet is posted after the sale.

Payment -
Live sale orders must be paid through our point-of-sale system. We do not accept payment through Anna or Colin’s Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or other virtual payment methods.

Pickup-
All live sale orders must be picked up during the week following the sale, no later than Saturday at 4:00 p.m.

If you cannot pick up your order by Saturday, please call us before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are unable to hold unpaid orders until the following week, so please do not claim items unless you can pick them up on time.

We do not offer extended holds. If you need additional time, your order must be paid over the phone by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Once payment is received, you will have seven additional days to pick up your order.

If someone else is picking up your order, please coordinate with them in advance. They should know whose order they are picking up and whether payment is still due.

Returns and Exchanges-
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective or do not work.

Live Sale Participation-
We understand that unexpected situations happen. However, after three instances of nonpayment or nonpickup, you will no longer be permitted to purchase through our live sales. You will still be welcome to shop with us in store.
