Today was not easy… I suffer from seasonal depression. It’s the holiday season without many of my now deceased family members (especially my mother) AND MY MOTHER’S HEAVENLY BIRTHDAY! I’ve decided to document portions of my day today, still getting used to my new normal. Today was emotionally draining BUT one day I’ll look back on this and see great strides in my healing! THANK YOU FOR YOUR THOUGHTFUL SELFLESS ACT OF KINDNESS…I REALLY NEEDED IT!.
