I’m now offering private therapy, yoga, and mind-body services at the The Kentucky Flower Market in downtown Frankfort.

My approach to therapy has always been a little outside the box. Sometimes we sit and talk. Sometimes we move, breathe, get outside, practice yoga, use EMDR, or work on simply getting out of our heads and paying attention to what’s happening in our bodies.

Current offerings include:

• Individual Therapy
• Private + Small Group Yoga
• Yoga + Therapy
• Walk + Talk / Outdoor Therapy
• Sound Baths + Mindfulness
• On-Site Yoga, Workshops + Retreats
• Telehealth throughout Kentucky

You don’t need any yoga experience, and you don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for before reaching out. There are a lot of different ways to do this work, and we can figure out what works for you.
