I love the before and after photos on a job like this. Older homes and outdated spaces are my favorite. They always have the most wow factor upon completion.

This is a second floor apartment that sat vacant for over 10 years. We completely went through the space and updated it with modern comforts while still holding on to the charm of the past. We went with timeless finishes, such as subway tile in the bathroom and updating the claw foot tub along with maintaining the same trim components through refinishing and remanufacturing where needed, rather than replacing with new.

The apartment got many upgrades including water hookup for the refrigerator with ice maker which was lacking previously. New drywall, windows, exterior window trim, flooring, paint, some new light fixtures and some remained that were original to the space, new countertops , new fittings and fixtures in the bathroom and the list goes on. Appliances were updated. New gas line ran to the upstairs plus more.
