Ahoy! To help us celebrate our Grand Opening this weekend, our neighbor Thomas as Healthease West is launching his newest creation "Captain's Berried Treasure"! It's a delicious mixed berry smoothie, perfect for a tasty AND healthy way to beat the late summer heat.

Be sure to stop by and try one, or any of the other great shakes, teas, and smoothies Thomas has available. And don't forget to tell 'em The Captain sent you 🏴‍☠️

Ahoy! It's once again! This week, we are answering one question we've gotten quite a bit already. "How do you open a toy store?" Well, first, you need somewhere to put those toys.

Here's a few photos of our store's fixtures, taken as I was assembling them. You can see the three main components of the fixtures taking shape. In addition to the shelves themselves, there are the metal frames (composed of beams, bars, and brackets) that hold up the shelves, plus the peg board backing to hang peg hooks from.

The taller shelves along the walls were more challenging to assemble than the low-rise gondolas (those short shelves in the third photo). In hindsight, I should have brought a crewmate or two in to help with those 😁

For this we thought we would share with everyone the first "sign" for our store. This was visible through the front window to hungry guests passing by on their way to Fusion Restaurant LLC. Obviously, this was before we blocked out the windows to begin building the store that opens in TWO WEEKS!

Ahoy! Hard to believe that we are only three weeks away from our Grand Opening weekend!
