Handbuilding Workshop: Jomon Bowl

Cost: $35

Our studio will instructor will guide you in creating a Japanese-inspired Jomon bowl. This technique was popular in the Jomon period of Japan where potters would roll clay coils and build them upon one another to make vessels with their intricate designs on the outside. The interior of the bowls are smoothed and later glazed. These will be food safe too!
