Replaces Mercury Mercruiser Part Number 91-818162.
Function: this drive shaft bellow sleeve installation tool is specifically designed to install the aluminum ring into the Alpha 1 Generation 2, Bravo, Blackhawk u-joints bellows without damaging the ring or the bellows.
This Bellow Retainer Ring Sleeve Installation Tool is an aftermarket OEM part that replaces Mercury Mariner 91-818162.
This U-Joint Bellow retainer ring installation tool is compatible with Mercury Mariner Alpha 1 Gen 2, Bravo, and Blackhawk Models.
Bellow Ring/ Retainer Sleeve Installation Tool made of PVC Plastic.
You will need the Engine Alignment Tool to use this tool.
The package includes: one bellow retainer ring installation tool (as shown on the picture)

Engine Alignment Tool Compatible with MerCruiser Sterndrives including Pre-Alpha "R", Alpha One "MR", Generation II, all Bravo's, Volvo SX and OMC Cobra. This Tool is similar to P/N 91-805475A1 which used to be P/N 91-57797A3.The length of the bar is approximately 23-5/8 inch. Tool is made from high quality 1045 Steel, and includes an eyebolt which gives you the option of hanging the tool. Alignment Tool Comes Without Black Oxide Coating.
Alignment Tool will correctly align all OMC Cobra and Mercruiser Outdrives with the exception of the Mercruiser TR and TRS Outdrive Models.
Note: Alignment tool consists of two pieces: Working Side & Handle. Once Assembled, the tool works just as well as the one piece tools, but has the added benefit of taking up less storage space. This tool was designed to save customers money on shipping. Two of these tools can fit into a Flat Rate Box by weight for the same shipping price.
