What activities do you have planned this summer to prep your toddler for preschool?!
Try our 🌈 Toddler Colors Bin to teach and practice all the colors of the rainbow! Here are just a few ways to use the bin:
❤️Sort the objects by color. Don’t forget to name the colors as you go!
🧡Pick a felt square and go on a scavenger hunt to find a household item or toy that matches the color!
💛Create a pattern for your toddler to copy using the dough or objects. Start with a simple two-color pattern (i.e. red/blue/red/blue) then increase the difficulty.
💚Learn how colors are made by mixing dough! Grab some blue and yellow and watch as your toddler magically transforms it into green!
💙Advanced: if you are also practicing letters/sounds, try pairing colors with the words on our spelling list sheet included in every bin!
